The main focus of this centre is communication, self expression and the basic right to speak and to be heard. A heathy throat chakra provides resonance, clear communication and creative expression.
The element is SOUND.
To be in harmony here we need to speak our truth and express ourselves.
Deficiencies include fear of speaking, poor rhythm, and aphasia.
The demon of the throat chakra is LIES.
Distorting our reality creates internal distortion as well as twists our relationships to the outside world.
Spiritual challenges include loss of voice, being at a loss for words, finding something hard to swallow, being scared to speak up, and difficulty or inability to express your truth.
