Crown Chakra

  TO KNOW In Sanskrit, the crown chakra is called  Sahasrar , which means  thousandfold . The seed of this chakra is located at the top of the head and cerebral cortex. A heathy crown chakra gives us greater access to our innate wisdom and knowledge.  It helps to keep expanding our consciousness and spiritual connection.  The main concerns of this centre are awareness, self knowledge and the basic right to know. Brow Chakra

  TO SEE In Sanskrit, the brow chakra is called  Ajna , which means  to perceive .   The seed of this chakra is located at the brow.  Many people call this the third eye chakra, however the third eye is a subtle organ and not the chakra itself. The main focus of this centre is our intuition and imagination, self reflection and the basic right to see.  A heathy brow chakra provides clear seeing, imagination, accurate interpretation, and psychic perception. The main focus of this centre is communication, self expression and the basic right to speak and to be heard.  A heathy throat chakra provides resonance, clear communication and creative expression.
