**One Session -- $125 CAD** **Bundle of Three -- $330 CAD**
As a healing art, we focus the session to suit whatever you are needing at this time. This may include energizing, grounding, heart opening or optimizing the chakras and chakra system. We can spend time with various aspects of the physical and energy body, such as strengthening the brain and nervous system, clearing the lymphatic system or aligning and optimizing the energy bodies or luminous egg.
We can also focus on emotional issues such as childhood or parental issues, healing from a relationship ending, and universal issues such as grief, loss, anger or lonliness.
Issue work may also be called Shadow Work as our deeper issues are generally unknown and hidden from us. Issue work will usually require 3 - 6 sessions to transform, some issues will require more time.

Please prepare a comfortable space for yourself. You may wish to have a glass of water available and a blanket and pillow. Some individuals prefer to lay down throughout the session. Prepare accordingly for your ability to relax and receive.
